Where is the Down to Fish app available? 

The down to Fish app is available for download on both Apple App Store (iOS) and Android devices via Google Play Store.

Which countries is Down to Fish available in?

Down to Fish is currently available exclusively in Australia. 

We are hoping to potentially expand to other regions in the future.

Is there an age limit to use the app? 

Yes. Down to Fish is designed for users aged 18 years and over. This is for the safety of all members of the app.

Is the app free to download? 

The app itself is free to download. However, you will need to create an account to allow access to all app features and personalise your experience. Each account will get a 7 day free trial and then will need to choose a subscription to continue. We offer both monthly subscriptions and yearly subscriptions. Some members may be eligible for a promo or discount code which will allow them access to all app features for free.

How do I report a bug or suggest a new feature?

We love feedback! You can report a bug directly through the app within the settings menu. We are also available to contact through our website just click 'contact us' and fill out the form. Or feel free to head across to any of our social media platforms and send us a message there. We aim to reply as quickly as we can and we appreciate all suggestions.

How long does merch shipping take? 

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post timeframes. However, all orders will be provided with a tracking number.
